Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Tennessee where she majored in Interior Design and minored in Architecture. She began her career in Interior Design, working for Gresham Smith and Partners in the Corporate Division and eventually the Healthcare Division. Susan is a mother of 3 children, 2 grown sons, and a daughter currently in 4th grade at Creekside Elementary. She has been happily married to Craig Salazar, a Franklin native, for 28 years. Her family are members of the Church of the City in Franklin and have been very active in Scouts for many years.
Susan started her career in Real Estate in 2004 with Keller Williams Realty. She serves as an investor in the market center and is part of both KW Style to Design as well as part of KW Relocation. Susan would love to help your family meet their real estate goals whether it be buying a home, selling a home, or investing in real estate. She services the following areas: Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Mt Juliet, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Arrington, College Grove, Thompsons’s Station, Spring Hill, and Columbia.

LeeAnn holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee where she majored in Broadcasting and minored in Psychology. She spent the first 15 years of her career in Television Marketing and Syndication negotiating large TV contracts for Sony Pictures and local NBC Affiliate WSMV- TV Channel 4, as well as several other TV Groups & Ad Agencies in New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, and Nashville. LeeAnn is the mother of 3 children, a daughter in 4th grade, a son in 2nd grade, and a son in Pre-School. She met her husband James, while they were both living in Chicago and they married on the beach in Destin, FL in 2011. They are members of Church of the City. LeeAnn is a Partner in Hope for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital where she is committed to helping fight childhood cancer and other life threatening diseases. St. Jude holds a special place in the heart of LeeAnn’s family, as her nephew Kingston’s life was saved from Acute Myeloid Leukemia by the incredible doctors and nurses at St. Jude, when he was only 7 years old. A portion of every closing is donated back to St. Jude.
